Two killed

ISLAMABAD, June 8: The capital city here on Sunday witnessed two more blind murders, in which both victims were shot dead at different places, police said.

In the first incident Abid Hussain, 30, a watchman at Saidpur Model village was shot dead by unidentified killer(s).

He received eight bullets all over his body, including four from point blank range. The incident came to light when some passersby informed the police that the body was lying at a taxi stand.

The police arrived at the spot and shifted the body to Pims.

In the second incident, a taxi driver was murdered by an unknown killer. The motive behind the murder is yet to be ascertained, but police ruled out possibility of robbery, saying that the taxi had not been looted.—Staff Reporter
