Maqbool visits Sargodha varsity

SARGODHA, April 20: Governor Khalid Maqbool was given a briefing on the University of Sargodha by VC Chaudhry Muhammad Akram here on Friday.

Maqbool expressed satisfaction over the start of classes in the Sargodha Medical College and Sargodha University of Agricultural College.

He said that besides the Higher Education Commission the Punjab government would provide funds to the university for setting up laboratories.

He laid the foundation stone of the pharmacy industry under pharmacy department and Aysha Hall and reviewed the ongoing work of the Fatima Hall girl’s hostel.
