HYDERABAD, April 12: The Hyderabad circuit bench of the Sindh High Court on Thursday issued pre-admission notices to secretary local government, director-I of Sindh Local Government Board, DCO of Hyderabad, Local Government Support Officer and Hatim Ali Mallah, secretary of UC-2 of Qasimabad on a constitutional petition filed by UC-2 Nazim Mehboob Ali Abro.

The petitioner challenged the notification issued by the director of Local Government and DCO about the secretary’s posting in his UC and charged that the respondent secretary was corrupt and a number of inquiries over financial misappropriation and misconduct were pending against him.
