LAHORE, Aug 8: The Punjab Sports Board has decided to organise hockey training camps in eight cities of the province for children under the age of 16.

Jalil Ahmed, Shahid Mahmood Nizami, Rana Nadeem Anjum, Khalid Nawaz, Rana Khalid Iqbal, Gulzar Ahmad Pasha and Mohammad Nawaz Dogar will supervise the ten-day camps in Multan, Faisalabad, Dera Ghazi Khan, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Bahawalpur, Sargodha and Lahore.

50 players from Lahore and 33 from the remaining seven cities will be selected on following dates to undergo training in the camps.

Aug 10: Multan, Faisalabad, D. G. Khan;

Aug 25: Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Bahawalpur;

Sept 5: Sargodha;

Sept 7: Lahore.
