Business centre for Gujranwala

LAHORE, Aug 7: Federal Minister for Industries, Production and Special Initiatives Jahangir Khan Tareen on Monday performed the groundbreaking ceremony of Gujranwala business centre being set up jointly by Small and Medium Enterprise Development Authority (Smeda) and Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI).

The ceremony held at the GCCI premises was addressed among others by Federal Secretary Industries Kamran Rasool, President GCCI, Ikhlaq Ahmad Butt, vice-president FPCCI Sheikh Muhammad Aslam and chief executive officer Smeda Shahab Khawaja.

Speaking on the occasion, Jahangir Tareen said that the government's economic policies had not only increased the profitability of entrepreneurs in the country but also enhanced its revenue.—APP
