UK sanctions two Iranian nationals, including one over threat plots

The United Kingdom has announced sanctions against two Iranian nationals, including Ruhollah Bazghandi, whom the government claims have been involved in activities by Iran to threaten, plan or conduct attacks against Britain or a third country, Reuters reports.
