Army, Police win

KARACHI: The National Inter-Department Netball Championship kicked off here at the Pakistan Sports Board Coaching Centre, with Army and Police registering opening-day victories on Saturday.

Army defeated Navy 19-13 in the first match, while Police edged PNF Elite Academy 28-25 in a tight contest.

The championship, organised by the Pakistan Netball Federation in collaboration with the Sindh Netball Association, features departmental teams competing in the national event.

The championship continues with Navy taking on Police and Army facing PNF Elite Academy in the next fixtures.
