ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Shahrez Khan won the individual title as the country held its first Olympic and sprint-style triathlon here on Saturday to commemorate the Marka-e-Haq Day.
The Margalla Triathlon event included swimming, cycling and running events featuring local and international athletes.
Shahrez won the individual title while Pakistan Army secured the title in team category.
Saltanat Sambina clinched the women’s sprint solo event, Evgenii Yusyuk took the Olympic solo title. Enub Khan won the five-kilometre fun race followed by Mona Khan who finished second.
