US Vice President JD Vance might not attend a peace summit with Iran in Islamabad due to “security concerns”, US President Donald Trump has told The New York Post.
“We’ll have Steve Witkoff, Jared Kushner, JD [Vance] — maybe JD, I don’t know. There’s a question of safety, security,” Trump has told The Post in a phone interview.
He adds that in-person talks will happen “very soon, actually — it’s going to take place very soon.”
