Trade between Iran, Afghanistan ‘uninterrupted’: Iranian embassy

The Iranian embassy in Kabul has said that trade between the two countries continues “uninterrupted”, according to a statement quoting the Iranian Charge d’Affaires.

“The Iranian government has provided special facilities for imports and exports at the borders, and the cooperation between the two countries over the past 48 years has not been affected by any war or foreign intervention,” the statement adds.
