CHARSADDA: Renowned religious leader Sahibzada Faizanullah Lala Ji, son of Fakhr-i-Kashmir Al-Haj Muhammad Ameen Babaji passed away after a protracted illness.

The funeral prayers of the deceased were offered on Monday in his native village, Sharifabad Umarzai, on Monday.

Thousands of people from across the country participated in the funeral, including prominent religious scholars, his students, devotees, and people from all schools of thought.

He was the brother of Sahibzada Al-Hamdullah, the father of Sahibzada Kashif Jan, and uncle of Sahibzada Qari Ziaullah Jan, Sahibzada Allama Muhammad Shafiq Amini, Sahibzada Ashfaq Ahmad and Sahibzada Qari Tauseef Jan.
