QUETTA: Two people were injured in a bomb attack on the Rakshan deputy inspector general police’s office in Kharan late on Sunday night.

Officials said unknown attackers riding motorcycles hurled explosives at the DIG office and fled.

The explosion injured two labourers working at the site. They were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Police collected evidence from the scene and launched an investigation.

Balochistan’s Provincial Minister Mir Shoaib Nosherwani visited the hospital along with the deputy commissioner and senior police officers and met the injured men.
