Iran has executed a detainee named Mohammadamin Shayesteh who had been sentenced to death for collaborating with Israel’s intelligence agency Mossad, Reuters reports, citing the Tasnim news agency.

Shayesteh had been arrested in late 2023 and was described by Tasnim as “the head of a cyber-team affiliated with Mossad.”
