Reading is the key to success
This is with reference to the article “Reading is the key to success” by Faryal Burki (YW, January 25). The article highlighted the significance of reading, explaining how it boosts our thinking capability and promotes awareness.
Reading not only informs us about different cultures of the world, but also brings new perspectives and perceptions. Reading also refines our language flaws and improves our writing skills.
Apart from academic books, we should read general knowledge books, magazines and newspapers for enhanced learning outcomes.

The article “Reading is the key to success” by Faryal Burki emphasised the importance of reading, encouraging readers to make it a habit as it improves both writing and speaking skills. The writer highlighted key aspects, such as how reading enhances our thinking ability, reduces stress and improves focus. She also urged readers to read as much as possible.
However, in the beginning, reading may feel like a boring task, but with time, it becomes a natural and enjoyable activity as it stimulates the mind, broadens our perspective and nurtures creativity.

A gift from the future
This is regarding the story “A gift from the future” by Bareerah Asim (YW, January 25). It was a gripping and mysterious read that kept the audience hooked until the end. The story beautifully conveyed the message that shaping our future is in our own hands.
It served as a reminder that our fate is not set in stone, and that every decision we make today can change the course of our lives. With its compelling narrative and deep moral lesson, the story leaves readers reflecting on how they want to shape their own destiny.

The story, “A gift from the future” by Bareerah Asim was truly intriguing, blending mystery and suspense in a unique way. The concept of receiving a message from the future was thought-provoking and made me reflect on how our present choices shape our destiny.
The ending was particularly inspiring, reminding readers that the future is not written and that we still have time and power to change our paths.
Stories like this encourage self-reflection and personal growth. I would love to read more such thought-provoking stories in the Young World.
