ISLAMABAD: Following overwhelming interest of people in Sector C-14, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has decided to introduce Margalla Enclave in collaboration with the Defence Housing Authority (DHA).

The CDA on Tuesday sold out all 236 plots in sector C-14 as more than 1,500 people, including around 550 expats, applied for the plots.

“CDA and DHA have unveiled an excellent investment opportunity for the public. The jointly launched project, Margalla Enclave, promises to be one of Islamabad’s most significant residential ventures, offering a prime location and modern urban living,” a press release issued by the CDA said.

It said that Margalla Enclave would feature residential plots of five marlas, 10 marlas and one kanal, catering to the needs of various segments of the society.

These plots are available on flexible payment plans of one, two and three years, ensuring affordability for all.

The press release said citizens could access complete information about Margalla Enclave on the official CDA website.

CDA Chairman Mohammad Ali Randhawa stated that the joint venture between CDA and DHA represented a significant milestone in Islamabad’s development and provided citizens with an exceptional opportunity for secure investment and quality living.

Mr Randhawa said response from citizens for sector C-14 was remarkable. “Successful allottees can confirm their plot allocations by submitting the first installment. Development work in Sector C-14 is progressing rapidly, and plot possession will be handed over after the final installment is cleared,” he added.
