Lebanon’s Health Minister says morale remains high even among victims and their families after a series of lethal explosions across the country, Al Jazeera reports.
“I want to send a message to anyone who thinks that these attacks will undermine the will and determination of this people. I say to them that your plan has failed”, said Firas Abiad in comments carried by Lebanon’s National News Agency.
The minister also said the best way to avert further civilian casualties would be an “immediate ceasefire in Gaza”.
