The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has said a resolution passed by the UN General Assembly “expresses the international consensus” on the Palestinian right to self-determination. Al Jazeera quotes Wafa news agency as reporting.
The resolution demands an end to “unlawful” Israeli presence in Palestinian territories.
OIC also called on the global community to “take individual and collective measures” to ensure that Israel complies with its obligations under international law, Al Jazeera added.
