Amman says West Bank crossing shooter Jordanian

Jordan has confirmed that one of its own nationals was the shooter in an attack at its crossing with the occupied West Bank that killed three Israelis, AFP reports.

“Preliminary investigations in the shooting on the other (Palestinian) side of the King Hussein (Allenby) Bridge confirmed that the shooter is a Jordanian named Maher Diab Hussein al-Jazi,” the interior ministry said in a statement.
