Attacks by Israeli forces were reported to have killed 170 Palestinians between Friday and Monday afternoon, with a further 390 people injured, according to the UN, Al Jazeera reports.

Some of the deadliest attacks during the period took place in southern and central areas of the Palestinian territory — particularly Khan Younis, Rafah and Deir el-Balah — where attacks by Israeli air, land, and naval forces targeted civilian homes and vehicles, the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA) reports.

In one attack on Saturday, 11 people, including women and children, were reported killed and some 30 others were injured when a house was bombed in the al-Amal area, located west of Khan Younis, according to the UNOCHA situation update.
