Israeli delegation to travel to Cairo for truce talks

Israel’s negotiating delegation, led by Mossad Chief David Barnea, will leave for Egypt today as planned despite the overnight events, Al Jazeera reports, citing Israeli media outlet Haaretz

On Saturday, a delegation from Hamas landed in Cairo to “listen to the results of negotiations thus far” between the mediators — Egypt, Qatar and the US — and Israel.
