PESHAWAR: Two militants were killed and two others injured in an exchange of fire between security forces and militants in North Waziristan on Wednesday, the military’s media wing said.
A statement issued by the ISPR said that the security forces planned an intelligence-based operation, adding that during an intense exchange of fire, two militants were killed, while another two injured.
It said that weapons, ammunition and explosives were also recovered from the killed militants who were involved in numerous activities in the area.
