The Israeli military has said that it killed what it called more than 10 “terrorists” on Thursday during large-scale, ongoing operations in the Zeitoun neighbourhood of Gaza, Al Jazeera reports.
Providing information on its military operations in the Palestinian enclave, it said it killed Hamas fighters by “sniper fire and by means of remotely manned aircraft and combat helicopters”. It also claimed to locate Hamas tunnels and weapons stores in the area.
The Israeli military also said it killed more than 10 Hamas fighters in western Khan Younis.
