Caretaker Foreign Minister Jalil Abbas Jilani has raised concern about intensifying Israeli attacks on the occupied Palestinian territories including Gaza and the West Bank as well as the loss of lives from the continuing bombardments in the Gaza Strip.
During his address to a Senate session, Jilani highlighted that the United Nations had compared Gaza to a “graveyard” due to the substantial loss of life.
He further emphasied that Israel’s actions not only disregard international principles but also openly violate fundamental human rights.
