A member of Hamas’s political bureau has said that Hamas would release civilians if the Israeli military stops its aggression.
In an interview with Al Jazeera following the release of the two US captives, Mohammad Nazzal said there is a distinction between the “civilians” and “military and settler elements” held by the group.
