Time and tide wait for none

This is with reference to the story “Time and tide wait for none” by Maria Khoso (YW, August 19). The story highlighted the importance of time in our life.

Time is something we don’t have a lot of, and it doesn’t stop for anyone. So, it’s smart to be on time and focus on what’s important. If we waste time on things that don’t really matter, we won’t accomplish much.

Time management plays an important role in our lives. It is like flowing water which does not wait for anyone or anything, this is beautifully explained by Maria Khoso in her article “Time and tide wait for none”.

We have to use time well and make the best of every moment. Once time is gone, you can’t get it back. So, make the most of the time you have now, appreciate it and it will reward you.

The hustle and bustle of a city

This is regarding the article “The hustle and bustle of a city” by Sheikh Abdullah Nahayan (YW, August 19). The writer beautifully depicted the evening scene on a bustling street, where people are engrossed in their activities. The scene captures every action that unfolds during this time in the city. It was a light read written in a beautifully imaginative manner.

The story “Every ending is a new beginning” by Fatima Bintay Salman, encourages readers to explore new possibilities in life.

The story opens our eyes to the fact that we must not continue with a job in which we are discouraged by someone’s attitude. If we follow our heart and never give up, we will surely achieve success because when one door closes, another opens.
