MIRPURKHAS: Scores of traders and civil society representatives held a demonstration outside the Jhuddo town committee office on Wednesday in Jhuddo town in protest against the growing lawlessness, thefts, dacoties, robberis etc.

Carrying banners and placards, they raised slogans against the Jhuddo SHO while demanding the Mirpurkhas SSP to replace him immediately with an honest officer without any delay.

They deplored that the law and order situation in the town had been worsening and there was unrest among people.

They urged the higher authorities to take notice of the situation and ensure peace in the area so that people could heave a sigh of relief.
