QUETTA: The National Party (NP) said its leadership would fulfil its commitment made to the people of Balochistan and would continue to struggle for their legitimate rights.

Speaking at a ceremony held in Quetta on Wednesday, in which several political leaders and workers formally joined the party, National Party’s Secretary General Jan Buledi said the party believed that politics was a noble job through which the party could serve the people and resolve their problems.

The party’s president for Balochistan, Rehmat Saleh Baloch, and other leaders also spoke on the occasion and welcomed the newcomers. They stressed that the party’s politics was rooted in practicality and realism, as NP president Dr Abdul Malik Baloch prioritised tangible achievements over rhetoric.
