Universal Pictures and DreamWorks Animation have officially announced How to Train Your Dragon 4, and breaking away from the traditional animated format, it will be a live-action remake of the beloved franchise.

Series director Dean DeBlois is back for the new movie, set to hit theatres on March 14, 2025. While details about the plot are still under wraps, it is expected to revisit the heart-warming story of Hiccup, a young Viking who befriends a rare Night Fury dragon named Toothless. This friendship transforms their lives and challenges the traditional ways of their village, Berk.

The live-action adaptation aims to deliver a powerful message of acceptance and cooperation between humans and dragons.

Pixar Animation Studios have confirmed the production of Toy Story 5 in early 2023, bringing back the beloved characters Woody and Buzz, with Tom Hanks reprising his definitive voice-acting role as the cowboy toy belonging to both Andy and Bonnie.

Toy Story 5 will mark a significant shift in the franchise, as it will be the first film where Woody is no longer owned by a child, unless there have been developments since the events of Toy Story 4. On the other hand, Buzz, Forky, Jessie, Rex, and the rest of the gang are expected to remain with Bonnie, who might have grown a bit since the previous instalment. As of now, specific details about the plot of Toy Story 5 remain a closely guarded secret as does the release date.
