ACE conducts raids to nab Zartaj Gul

LAHORE: The ACE on Tuesday conducted a raid to arrest former state minister Zartaj Gul in a corruption case.

According to an ACE spokesperson, teams conducted raids to arrest Ms Gul and her husband Humayun Akhund, but of no avail. “There are allegations of taking kickbacks against Ms Gul and her husband in development projects,” he said.

ARRESTED: The FIA arrested two human smugglers on Tuesday.

The FIA arrested Zain and Hussain Bakhsh for allegedly defrauding a number of people on the pretext of sending them abroad.
