LAHORE: The Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) has summoned former CIA SP Umar Virk on charges of amassing illegal assets during his employment and made properties worth billions in Sheikhupura and DHA Lahore through illegal means.

The former SP and his son Awais Virk have been summoned by the Sheikhupura ACE on Aug 9. They have been asked to appear in person and provide information about their property details, bank statements and tax returns.

The ACE also directed the authorities concerned to provide details of all movable and immovable properties of Umar Virk and Awais Virk.
