A memorable
Father’s Day

This is regarding the story “A memorable Father’s Day” by Rameen Imtiaz Kaka (YW, June 17). This story taught me a valuable lesson that we should celebrate and cherish our fathers every day, and not just on Father’s Day.

Spending quality time with our fathers, creating joyful memories and sharing special moments together, is truly priceless. Always remember that our parents are our guides and they play a significant role in shaping us into remarkable individuals.

Fathers, the pillars of love and sacrifice

This is in reference to the cover article “Father’s, the pillars of love and sacrifice” by Faraz Ahmed (YW, June 17). The article left a lasting impression on me.

It beautifully portrayed the immense love and strength that fathers have for their children, which is truly indescribable. A father is a son’s first superhero, always there to protect and support. Fathers are not only our greatest teachers, but also our friends, someone we can confide in and seek guidance from. I would like to advice all the young readers to always cherish and respect our fathers, for they are the pillars of our families and lives.

The cover story “Fathers: pillars of love and sacrifice” by Faraz Ahmed shed light on the invaluable role fathers play within the family structure.

The article explores the selfless sacrifices and unwavering love that fathers offer, emphasising the significance of their presence in the lives of their children.

I agree with the writer that fathers, just like mothers, serve as essential pillars of support, nurturing the emotional, physical and social well-being of their children.

The beauty within

This is regarding the story “The beauty within” by Mahira Aziz (YW, June 24). The story beautifully conveys a powerful message to those who struggle with feelings of inferiority based on their looks.

Through the character’s journey, the story highlights the importance of not considering ourselves inferior to others because of our appearance.

The story highlights that true beauty lies in one’s character and actions, and encourages us to focus on being good-hearted individuals rather than being defined by our external appearance.
