Swat’s Taghwan valley a new tourist attraction

SWAT: Nestled amidst the dazzling beauty of lush greenery, high peaks mountains and cool water, Taghwan valley near Mingora has become a new attraction for tourists.

Visitors seeking tranquillity in nature have fallen in love with this picturesque valley, which is just 12 kilometres from the city. Tourists from all across Mingora recently visited Taghwan. They were quite pleased with what they saw.

“The pristine water, lush greenery and majestic mountains instantly captivated our senses, offering a serene ambiance that seemed worlds away from their everyday life,” Adil Shehzad, who visited the valley recently.

Tourists say it is a great destination for families, who don’t feel comfortable in crowded tourist resorts since it has both cool temperature and shade of tall trees.

“Women and children can also swim in the water there,” said Mohammad Irfan Khan, another visitor to the place. He added local youth were happy to splash around in the cold streams.

Taghwan has been a favourite destination for families and nature lovers due to its beautiful scenery, pleasant weather and plenty of trees. The resort is a peaceful refuge from the noise and chaos of the city.

Amjad Ali, a visitor from Mingora, praised the resort for its dedication to conserving its natural surroundings. He said that the valley compelled visitors to appreciate its natural beauty.

“Taghwan is definitely a hidden paradise. It is perfect for a day trip along children. We were really taken aback by the breathtaking scenery and warm welcome we received. We plan on visit it again,” said Marwais Khan.

Taghwan is known for its stunning scenery, but it also has many modern conveniences to offer to the visitors. The resort has several locations for recreational activities as well as comfortable sitting, hiking trails and walking paths.

More and more people are likely to visit Taghwan in the coming months as news of this safe haven has spread in the city. The residents of the area are kind and dedicated to keeping the neighbourhood clean and beautiful.

The tourists said that a visit to Taghwan was sure to be a refreshing break from the sweltering heat of July. The newly-discovered resort, with its verdant landscapes, towering mountains and soothing water bodies, is ideal for nature lovers and families, seeking to make lasting experiences in a serene setting.
