LAHORE: In an unfortunate incident, several cars parked inside the National Cricket Academy of the Pakistan Cricket Board were severely damaged when an outer wall of the NCA collapsed as a result of a thunderstorm in Lahore late Wednesday night.

According to the details, the parking shade was blown away in the storm and when the wall fell on the parked cars, it caused further damage.

It is estimated that the total damage to the cars and parking shade amounts to Rs2 million. Currently, it remains unconfirmed if the PCB will pay for the repair of the damaged cars.

Some of the damaged cars belonged to players and NCA staff.
