Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that the “terrible events” of May 9 cost the economy billions of rupees.
“Even Pakistani investors would shy away from investing their capital in such an unstable environment deliberately created by Imran Niazi,” he tweeted as he took aim at the PTI chief.
He said Pakistan faced economic challenges but any “doomsday scenario is past us”.
