KARACHI: The Fawara Chowk near the Governor House has been renamed as the Karachi Press Club Roundabout by the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation on the request of the KPC governing body.

Administrator Dr Syed Saifur Rahman presented the notification of renaming to the KPC governing body on Monday.

The administrator had given approval to rename Fawarah Chowk on Jan 11.

KPC President Saeed Sarbazi and Secretary Shoiab Ahmed thanked the administrator for approving the renaming of the roundabout.
