LAHORE: Remington Pharma and Diamond Paints/Sheikhoo Steel qualified for the subsidiary final of the Coca-Cola Aibak Polo Cup here at the Lahore Polo Club on Thursday.

Remington Pharma outplayed Salam Polo 9-5½ thanks to seven goals by Hamza Mawaz Khan and a goal apiece by Ahmed Zubair Butt and Bilal Riaz.

For Salam Polo, Ali Tanveer Islam and Nico Ruiz added two goals each while Hamza Ali Hakeem contributed one.

In the other match, Diamond Paints/Sheikhoo Steel beat Platinum Homes 10-7½ as Nicolas Antinori scored seven goals.

Omar Asjad Malhi registered a brace while the remaining goal came from Mir Huzaifa Ahmed.

Amirreza Behboudi was the pick of the Platinum Homes players with five goals while Agha Musa and Bilal Noon shared two goals between them.
