GUJRANWALA: A woman allegedly killed her two minor children and tried to commit suicide at Madharianwala in Hafizabad on Wednesday.
Shagufta took the extreme step of killing three-year-old Abdul Hadi and one-and-a-half year old Abdul Rahim at her parents’ house where she had been living for the last one year after estrangement with husband Muhammad Shabbir.
District Police Officer Rai Mazhar Iqbal took notice of the incident and sought a report from the Saddar Circle SDPO.
Police teams launched investigation after collecting evidence.
