ATTOCK, Dec 11: A guard was killed and over Rs6 million looted from a bank branch here in the early hours of Saturday. The watchman of the area saw a man rushing out of the main branch of Allied Bank building and fleeing in a white car along with other persons already present in the vehicle.

Police and the bank officials reached the bank and found guard Mohammad Amin Khattak, resident of Lakarmar, dead in a bathroom, while the entire cash was missing from two safes which were broken with gas cutters.
