ROBBED: Armed bandits snatched valuables from people on the Mubarak Village road on Thursday.

According to area people, unscrupulous elements have occupied an abandoned police check post on the Mubarak Village road and often use it as their hideout to carry out their activities.

On Thursday, the armed suspect snatched a motorcycle from Haroon and also deprived cash and other valuables from the vehicle, reportedly belonging to the Pakistan Fisher Folk Forum.

Area people complained that bandits had selected the Mubarak Village Road due to its isolation for carrying out their criminal activities. Often picnickers and people living in the nearby villages are targeted by bandits, a villager, Aziz Khan, complained.
