LAHORE: A constable was killed and six others injured in a road accident near Kalma Chowk on Friday.
Police said a speeding coaster coming from Kasur collided with a motorcycle rickshaw and a car near Kalma Chowk.
Constable Khalid Abbas and Naeem and five others suffered critical injuries and were taken to nearby hospital where Abbas expired. The driver of the coaster fled the scene. Police impounded the coaster and started investigation.
