QUETTA: Four terrorists were killed while a soldier embraced martyrdom and an officer suffered injuries during attacks on the camps of security forces in Naushki and Panjgur areas of Balochistan on Wednesday evening.

The firing was continuing with interval, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a late night statement.

According to the ISPR, terrorists attempted to attack security forces camps at two locations, Panjgur and Noshki, in the late evening. Both attacks were successfully repulsed, inflicting heavy casualties to terrorists.

In Naushki, terrorists attempted to enter the FC camp that was promptly responded. Four terrorists were killed, while one officer suffered injuries during the shootout.

In Panjgur, terrorists tried to enter the security forces camp from two locations. During an intense exchange of fire, one soldier embraced martyrdom as the attack was repulsed.
