ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and Nepal have strong literary relations that will further strengthen in the future.

This was said by Pakistan Academy of Letters (PAL) Chairman Dr Yousuf Khushk during a meeting with Ambassador of Nepal Tapas Adhikari on Tuesday.

Dr Khushk said the exchange of writers of both countries and translation of selected literary works was the need of the hour.

The ambassador said Nepal gave importance to its literary relations with Pakistan and intended to work with it in future. The meeting was successful in the sense that mutual future projects were discussed in detail and with understanding.
