GUJAR KHAN: Two boys were allegedly sexually assaulted in the jurisdictions of Gujar Khan and Rawat police station. The suspects involved in both incidents have been arrested.

In the first incident, the victim’s father, resident of the Bewal area of Gujar Khan reported to police on Friday that his son was alone at home when the suspect, a resident of Dhoke Amb, entered the premises and raped him at gunpoint.

In the second incident, a 13-year-old boy was raped by three men in the jurisdiction of Rawat police station and a case was registered against him on the complaint of the victim’s father.

SP Saddar Divison Kamran Hameed said that the suspects had been arrested and strict action would be taken against them.

Rawalpindi CPO Ahsan Younis said that strict action is being taken against the suspects involved in the sexual assault of children and women.

Meanwhile, residents of the area have also raised concerns over the alarming increase in sexual assault cases and have demanded stern action against those involved in heinous crimes.
