SUKKUR: A teenage girl and young man were killed on the allegation of Karo-Kari on Wednesday in the village of Imamuddin Brohi located within Moula Dad police limits of Jacobabad.

According to police, accused namely Himmat Ali Brohi shot his 18-year-old sister Nisa and his relative namely Muhammad Ishaq Brohi aka Meer dead on the spot and fled.

On information, police reached the scene, took the bodies in custody and shifted them to the Civil Hospital of Jacobabad for a postmortem examination. Later, the bodies were handed over to the relatives.

Both the victims were laid to rest in the separate graveyards while no case of the incident could be registered at the Moula Dad police station till filing this report.
