Reports that Covid-19 vaccine doses are out of stock in Punjab are "baseless" rumours, a spokesperson for the provincial health department has said.
In a statement, he said around 100,000 citizens are being vaccinated on a daily basis and that adequate stock of vaccine is available.
Additionally, the spokesperson said no side effects of the AstraZeneca vaccine have been reported and good quality vaccine is being administered to people.
