GUJRANWALA: More than 700 teams of the health department will launch a 15-day typhoid vaccination campaign on Feb 1.

It was stated by Deputy Commissioner Suhail Ashraf at a media workshop held at the District Council hall here on Thursday.

Punjab health DG Dr Haroon Jehangir Khan, Director Dr Tahir Mahmood and Gujranwala Health Authority CEO Dr Farjad Butt also participated in the workshop.

The DC said more than 1.3 million children from nine months to 15 years would be vaccinated in the district.
