Working hours

Published January 20, 2021

THE customers, especially the senior citizens, face lots of inconvenience due to restricted public dealing timings at National Savings centres which function up to 2.30pm.

I suggest that public dealing at savings centres should be conducted from 9am to 6pm on all working days, except Friday.

All commercial banks are following these operating hours. This will significantly facilitate the people who have to wait outside the National Savings centres due to Covid-19 SOPs.
