ISLAMABAD: Faisal­abad Industrial Estate Development and Manage­ment Company (FIEDMC) and Pakistan-Hong Kong Trade and Investment For­um on Saturday signed an investment memorandum.

FIEDMC Chairman Mian Kashif Ashfaq briefed the meeting about Allama Iqbal Industrial City

project and said that support of the federal and provincial governments was facilitating its speedy completion.

According to the memorandum, Pakistan, Hong Kong and various Chinese companies will invest in the project.

The FIEDMC and Hong Kong Trade and Investment agreed that the two companies will cooperate in the business zone.

Both institutions discussed in detail about investment process.

The Hong Kong delegation expressed interest in making full investment in this project.
