Sindh reported 1,547 coronavirus cases and nine deaths during the last 24 hours, Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said in a statement, taking the provincial case tally to 227,885 and the death toll to 3,708 lives lost.
He said 14,137 tests were conducted during this period.
Shah said 1,258 (81 per cent) of the total cases in Sindh were reported in Karachi.
