They have been charged with utter negligence in performance of the official duty to prevent the shrine from being burnt down by a mob in Teri area, the sources said, adding DSP Banda Daud Shah had been directed to report to the CCPO Peshawar.

DSP headquarters Sanobar Khan has been given the charge of Banda Daud Shah circle, while SHO Karak police station Asif Sharif has been directed to take over charge of the Teri police station.
